The Hungerford Town Football Academy was established to supply the club with talented footballers capable of progressing into the First Team who currently play in the National League South (Step 2 of the non-league pyramid).

The Academy will be based at Park House School in Newbury which was decribed by Ofsted as 'Good'. The players will be coached on either a grass or 3G pitch by UEFA Qualified Coach Gary Clifford, First Team Manager Bobby Wilkinson and Ex-Pro Mikele Leigertwood. Fixtures will be taking place at Hungerford Town FC's Bullpit Lane Ground.

Players will study the BTEC Extended Diploma in Sport at Level 3 (A-Level equivalence) or optional A-Levels, gain FA Coaching Qualifications, as well as GCSE's in Maths and English if they failded to achieve a C grade. Successful completion of the course will provide players with routes into Higher Education, employment opportunities in the Sports & Leisure industry, coaching placements and playing scholarships in America.

Players will receive coaching 4 times per week in addition to playing fixtures in the Conference Youth Alliance, Tactic League & FA Youth Cup. The Academy is currently Tactic Premier League and Championship West League Winners.
